Sara Mummert, M. V. B.
Veterinarian
Dr. Sara is a Central Pennsylvania native and a graduate of both Northern High School and Messiah College.
Very early in life, she developed an interest in biology, science, animals, and learning. She combined the opportunity to obtain a veterinary degree with a cross-cultural experience living and studying in Dublin, Ireland, for 5 years, and has been practicing as a veterinarian since 2001. She does her best to offer practical guidance to her clients to keep their pets well. She purchased Timberview Veterinary Hospital in 2004 and added practice management as another area of growth, developing invaluable skills with people as well as the animals under her care.
She and her husband maintain a small farmette with dogs, cats, horses, and goats. They frequently serve at church, travel, and spend as much time as able with family, especially enjoying being first-time grandparents.
